The Green Guardians

The Green Guardians are a group of dedicated and amazing students who represent classes from Grades 3, 4, and 5 and work towards sustainability in our school.

Some of the projects that they have been working on include

Recycling
Energy Conservation
Growing Plants
Power Down Periods
Earth Day events
Sustainable Fashion Show

Meetings:

Every Tuesday during 2nd period (8:50-9:30)

We received the GOLD S.E.E.D. Certification from the NYC Department of Sustainability for that steps we've been taking towards being more sustainable in our school and community. Check out the video below that highlights some of the awesome action!
